Friday, November 13th, 2009 SkinnyTini Recipe

As the weather definitely set in a chill this past week this soothing SkinnyTini seems to be the perfect fit! Plus, it’s a little fun to prepare with fresh fruit simmering on the stove top…should give your kitchen a timely comforting aroma! Enjoy!

Apple Cider SkinnyTini
3 oz Skinny Cider Mix
2 oz Apple Vodka
147 Calories

To prepare the Skinny Cider mix poor the desired amount of low sugar apple juice into a small sauce pan. Chop an apple into relatively large pieces and add to the juice. Add 2T of cloves, a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Simmer on low heat until the apples are tender. Strain the mixture and cool it before adding to the cocktail shaker. Then add apple vodka with ice, shake 10-15 seconds and serve!
