Happy Halloween Weekend everybody!!
You already have 3 delicious Spooky SkinnyTinis to taste this weekend, so no need for more recipes. So how about just a few tips to make this a safe, happy and hilarious Halloween Weekend!
Tip # 1 – Stay the F away from those MINI CANDY BARS! You might think that because it’s “mini” maybe the calories don’t count? Not the case! You may say to yourself, “how much damage could 1 fun size Butterfinger, 1snack size Almond Joy, 2 mini Snickers bar and 1 mini Hershey bar can do?” You could eat these 5 pieces of candy in 5 minutes flat, and it would cost you 312 calories! I’d much rather have two SkinnyTinis than 5 idy bidy pieces of candy!
Tip #2 – Get your BOOGY ON! Dancing is a GREAT way to burn off the extra calories from your cocktails! It takes a 130lb gal 19 minutes of hard core ass shak’n to burn 100 calories. Tip #3 – Stay HYDRATED! Alcohol by nature is dehydrating, so the more you drink, in theory, the thirstier you will be. This could cause you to consume way too many unnecessary alcohol calories and cause you to act sillier than you really need to. So be sure to slip in a glass of water between every cocktail to save you money, calories and potentially some embarrassment.
